Participation in discovery phases and workshops with Customer, covering key business and product requirements; Working closely with Product Manager to define project scope, requirements management and their impact on existing requirements, defining dependencies; Creating business requirements, user stories, use cases, scenarios, mockups; Close collaboration with development team (requirements presentation, backlog grooming, requirements change management, technical solution design together with Tech Lead, etc.);
Working closely with Product Owner and business stakeholders on ESG project; conducting workshops for requirements gathering and elicitation; clarifying business requirements and breaking them into small Product Backlog Increments (user stories); contributing to user story refinement by discussing with the engineering team; taking responsibility and ownership for building efficient Backlog of PBI’s; prioritizing PBIs in the backlog;
Analysing and synthesizing documentation Analysing additional features required by the business partners in the HR domain (specifically regarding the registration process of incoming personnel) Analysing pain points of current onboarding process and mapping stakeholders involved Recommending roadmap for solution implementation
Working closely with Product Owners team; clarifying business requirements and breaking them in small Product Backlog Increments (user stories); translating designs so that those could be taken to development by engineers and delivered as working software; contributing to user story refinement by discussing with the sprint team the most effective solution to meet stakeholder’s requirements and documenting enough design for the user story to be ready for development; taking responsibility and ownership for building efficient Backlog of PBI’s; updating PBIs during the Sprint so that all project stakeholders have clear understanding of the progress and the plan for upcoming Sprints.
Reviewing business requirements documents for completeness, clarity, assumptions, issues Translating business needs for technical development by Systems personnel Participating in impact analysis of projects and change requests Understanding the system architecture and functionality, assessing the feasibility of client requests and applying the features of the various products as applicable Identifying and eliminating miscommunications between business and technical project team members
Participation in the life cycle of TA New Business fund and share class launches, including project scoping, planning, requirements definition, issues resolution, and implementation; Understanding fund documentation, e.g. Prospectus, and identifying key information within the documentation. Translating this information into system friendly language; Understanding the system architecture and functionality and assessing the feasibility of client requests on TA; Communicating with interested parties such as Client Service Managers for requirements, Operations for processes and Fund Accounting/Custody for fund identifiers and bank account set ups; Defining end-to-end fund set up process and trade flow from client to BBH TA, including transition through parallel period to production; Identify gaps in current processes, providing solutions and enhancements, working with the appropriate teams on improvements to fill these gaps; Tracking progress and changes during fund setup in Jira; Rewieving Business Requirements Document (BRD) when required.
