Primary responsibilities include complex project management and product launches, managing the Manufacturing Engineering group, overseeing the research and development of tooling, fixtures, welding procedures, robotic tooling, work instruction, metal fabrications, creating quoting calculators, creating welding related job responsibilities, interviewing and hiring, improving productivity, quality, safety, implementing lean manufacturing principles, the negotiation of national contract pricing on supplies and equipment. Very organized multi-tasker with strong analytical and critical thinking skills who performs well under pressure.
Oversee and direct Metal Processing Technology Managers and Manufacturing Engineers and the technical aspects related to all complex launches of new business.
