I am an expert in scaling digital products, growth, engagement, UX, CX ,e-commerce, digital transformation B2B, B2C sales and online marketing based in Luxembourg. I focus on creating the best user experience, design IT solutions and reaching business requirements and KPIs in 7 different European markets (Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Spain, Austria and Czech Republic). •Led UX and product strategy for a new Generali digital unit, integrating insurance, health, assistance, and employee benefits into a unified mobile app focused on Engagement & Loyalty, Prevention, and Health; identified and shaped new business opportunities. •Built product from scratch, securing budget, defining market positioning through competitor research, and delivering MVP scope including business case, product framework, IT architecture, and UX roadmap. •Scaled and optimized the platform across 7 countries, leading feature development to drive P&L (CLTV, ARPU, NPS), coordinating B2B/B2C rollout and localization.
