About

Designing software changes in a mainframe environment is a lot like aviation navigation. Before you clear a flight for takeoff (or write a single line of code), you need to assess the exact weather conditions and your current coordinates (AS-IS analysis) and chart a precise, safe flight path to your destination (TO-BE vision). Otherwise, you won't get where you need to go. I'm a Business & IT Analyst and a Project Coordinator. I map dependencies, untangle complex processes, and make sure that IT projects land safely and deliver actual, tangible value. I view an organization as a busy airspace, understanding the underlying mechanics, reading the instruments correctly, and coordinating all the moving parts is what ultimately secures a smooth landing. In my daily work, I rely on my natural talents: 1. I constantly look for ways to optimize, seeking to transform good solutions into superb ones. 2. I treat every challenge as a continuous learning process, and the sheer acquisition of new knowledge drives me forward. 3. I possess an inner engine and stamina that help me consistently deliver results and finish daily assignments. After hours, I channel my energy into the IIBA Poland Chapter as a Project Manager and Head of Marketing. I organize study groups (such as CPOA and AAC), design marketing strategy, and share knowledge with the community. I deeply believe in practical wisdom, the power of diverse teams where everyone brings their unique value to the table, and building close, mutually rewarding relationships based on trust.
