As the Senior Project Manager for Europe, I lead and manage complex aviation projects within a Part 145 Structural Workshop environment, ensuring full compliance with EASA and other relevant aviation regulations. My role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of structural repair and maintenance projects across multiple locations in Europe. With a deep understanding of aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities, I work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. I am responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating resources, and ensuring that our workshop operations meet the highest industry standards for safety and quality. Key responsibilities include: Leading project teams through all phases of structural repair and maintenance projects. Ensuring compliance with all applicable aviation regulations and standards. Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals. Collaborating with stakeholders across Europe to align project objectives with business goals. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency and performance.
Main Duties: Leading composite department and all responsibilities included in description below. Scope of work: Creating necessary technical instructions and paperwork. Performing final inspection on components before final release. Creating EASA Form 1 with dual release (FAA) and CAA Form 1. Creating repair proposals for customers with cost breakdown. Contacting with OEM, 21J Organizations. Cooperating with quality department to ensure that all regulations fulfilled. Planing and organizing work flow to ensure that all deadlines are met Delegating responsibilities and supervising maintenance operations. Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees. Assessing employee performance and providing helpfull feedback and training opportunities. Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees. Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes. Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers. Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
Main Duties: Performing complex composite/metal to metal repairs in workshop environment/on wing on aircraft listed below: • Airbus A300, A320, A330 • Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767, 777 Scope of work: Performing complex composite repairs, rebuilding, modifications and service bulletins of engine parts (thrust reverses, fan cowls, translating sleeves, blocker doors, acoustic liners, attrition liners), flight controls (elevators, flaps, slats, spoilers etc.) radomes, interior panels, floor panels incl. fabrication. Most repairs were carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and in close cooperation with the engineering department, due to damage exceeding SRM limits.
