Operate equipment in spaces throughout the campus; including microphones, mixers, computers, and any other external appliances to support presentations, events, and video conferences (Zoom, Microsoft Teams) Troubleshoot and maintain A/V equipment in classrooms, conference rooms, lecture halls, and auditoriums Provide direct technical support to faculty, staff, and students in the use of multimedia devices Recommend appropriate choices of technology to be used depending on the need Oversee the training and directing of student assistants
