With a Marketing degree, my heart was always close to the business and I’d started my career as sales support. I had worked in the golden years of telecomm where my drive for results opened doors in HR. I moved to Total Rewards, with the mission of leading change in incentive plans leveraging my business acumen. One of the greatest opportunities I’ve ever had, was an international assignment in Mozambique, where I worked for an engineering firm and had the opportunity to be part of one of the biggest EPC Projects od the industry, at that time. Since I’ve joined IFF I had several different roles connecting the Business and HR. I am proud to contribute to large-scale transformation of the function and career development of so many people. My HR background encompasses change and talent management, organizational development & design, culture & engagement, workforce planning, leadership development and succession planning. Solid experience in talent acquisition, Headcount and employee costs mgmt., Total Rewards, global mobility as well as employee relations and M&A changes. Working with people around the world brought me a level of engagement to human rights & relations. I am highly committed and have a successful track record on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives. I dedicate part of my personal time as career mentor of female talent and also as volunteer assisting women victims of domestic violence.
