I strongly believe in respect and work ethic and allow nothing but exceptional effort from myself and take whatever task I am doing as a priority to be accomplished with the best of my ability. Most importantly I seek to educate myself and acquire a wide variety of skills by learning from people that have displayed competence and and can define themselves as an expert in their field of work. I believe that the work environment should maintain respect for each other and have similar work ethic and strive to be a great team because with a cooperative team and diverse skills we will always achieve and become most efficient whatever the business is. Laziness is a very real problem and should not be tolerated. Maybe warned but never tolerated. I have owned private businesses and learned from the successes and failures of those businesses and it if a company is to be successful then it needs to be respected and the employees should be treated equally and be educated to the maximum understanding of their roles and what their role means for the business. Many jobs the employees know how to perform their job duties but if they knew why and how it impacts the business they will see their value and have a natural motivation to strive to be the best employee they want and are capable to be. And the last point I want to make is that any type of destructive behavior should not be tolerated. The company will only as successful as the standards they tolerate. Positivity, work ethic and perspective is also contagious and should be practiced and the energy of the environment is unmatched if we can get that right. Because at the end of the day everyone wants to go home feeling accomplished, valued and respected. Just 2 cents
