I continue with the same role as I was having in SCANIA CV AB. Now the R&D section is a part of TRATON in global.
Energy Storage and Charging, Service Information
-Giving input to R&D in early product development phase regarding identified risks and their impact on production processes, assembly methods and ergonomics. -Proposing global "assembly sequences" for new products as a guideline for Bus Chassis assembly globally. -Identifying investment needs in product development projects in collaboration with local process engineers from affected production units. -Developing prototype tools, fixtures and equipment for "start of production" introduction in final assemblies by collaborating with local engineers from affected production units. -Verifying and quality assure that global element sheets for new assembly follows proposed global assembly sequence before publishing globally in system.
-Managing assembly plans on pre-serial bus projects. -Preparing production plan, assembly tasks and instructions, templates and equipment for all responsible blue-collar employees. -Assigning tasks to colleagues at design, logistics, purchasing to manage pre-serial production properly. -Describing very first assemblies to production line, reporting technical failures to departments. -Improving technical capability of production line for serial production. -Reporting status of the project to upper management at weekly project meetings. -Decreasing the labor hours and cost of vehicle by improving assembly processes. -Responsible for the processes of prototype and mock up vehicles. -Leading design processes with perspective of workability. -Closing open points for production lines before serial production starts. -Identifying root-cause analyses of failures while production. -Attending R&D meetings from beginning to end of pre-serial processes.
-Preparing analyze report for vehicle orders before production starts by checking integrity of complete 3D-Data including customer wishes. -Establishing possible failures of technical work, 2D&3D irregularities and all the BOM (Bill of material) status. -Improving the suitability of all customer wishes in vehicle data. -Reporting technical mistakes to responsible departments which can be occurred in production section. -Weekly organizing 3D-Meeting with all of the responsible colleagues, presenting the analyze report of every bus order. -Checking homologation rules on bus orders.
-Performing quality assurance test on cold forged bolts. -Improving the technical documentation of molding section.
-Supporting technical colleague to design frame parts of aircrafts. -Following the all machining processes on milling and turning machines. -Making a quality assurance on milled parts.
