About

I’m driven by a simple aim: help create a regenerative world. I work with incredible people to redefine how we live and work, and to develop Temporal Intelligence: a new way of thinking for a world running out of time. Recognized as a TIME100 influential leader in Health and a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, I am a Social Entrepreneur, Behaviour Scientist, and Founder. My work spans human capital, organisational behaviour, strategic management, change culture, EDI, and sustainable performance. I’ve been a two-time TEDx Speaker and have led initiatives that blend science and strategy to transform work models and promote genuine wellbeing globally. As the CEO of 4 Day Week Global, a TIME100 company, I led the pioneering of shifts towards sustainable work models. Our work, which was featured in The Atlantic, INSIDER, The New York Times, BBC, and more, supported international pilot studies and partnerships with both public and private sectors to explore the impact of work-time reduction on society. On the academic side, I’m an Assistant Professor in Systems Psychology in Trinity College Dublin, where I bridge research and practice to develop future leaders. My focus is on leadership, strategy, and optimising performance through evidence-based approaches. With a PhD in Behavioural Sciences, I’ve published 14 first-author peer-reviewed articles, particularly on improving elite performance through understanding lifestyle and organisational factors. I also know the realities of unrelenting standards and perfectionism, having faced mental health challenges myself. These experiences drive my passion for designing regenerative, science-backed interventions that create a happier, more sustainable world. Reach out via LinkedIn or email me at [email protected]. Let’s collaborate and create the future of work, together.
