I help financial institutions modernize cybersecurity while enabling business growth, operational resilience, and technology transformation. Throughout more than twenty years in cybersecurity, enterprise risk, and technology leadership, I have partnered with Boards of Directors, executive leadership teams, regulators, and technology organizations to build cybersecurity capabilities that strengthen resilience while supporting innovation and strategic growth. My experience spans executive leadership within banking together with more than a decade advising many of the world's largest financial institutions on cybersecurity strategy, enterprise transformation, security operating models, cloud modernization, identity governance, regulatory strategy, and operational resilience. As Chief Information Security Officer for IDB Bank, I lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy across governance, security operations, cyber defense, security architecture, cloud security, operational resilience, third-party risk, and AI governance. I built the institution's cybersecurity organization, developed its enterprise cyber transformation roadmap, modernized security architecture through Zero Trust principles, established executive governance and Board reporting, and introduced enterprise AI governance capabilities. Before joining IDB Bank, I spent over eleven years with Deloitte helping Fortune 100 organizations transform cybersecurity programs, modernize technology platforms, strengthen governance, and align cybersecurity investments with business objectives. That experience provided the opportunity to work alongside CIOs, CISOs, CROs, Audit Committees, and executive leadership across some of the most complex regulated organizations in the world. My leadership philosophy is straightforward. Cybersecurity succeeds when it becomes a trusted business partner rather than an isolated technology function. The strongest security organizations are built on transparency, collaboration, accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. My focus has always been developing high-performing teams, building trusted executive relationships, and helping organizations make better business decisions through effective cyber risk management.
