New Business Development For- MSIL, TATA,GM, VWGroup,Fiat, Mahindra, Hyundai,Kia & PSA o Work closely with the customers, develop relationship and make lobbying activities to identify future business opportunities o Achieving Annual booking target for new business of 50 Million USD project life for defined customers. o Increasing revenues by Identification, selection, motivation & engagement of New business partners. o Controlling & preparing all commercial (costing, controlling) with defined customers. o Participating in New business promotional activities/Tech shows at OEM’s to promote the sales & strengthening branding. • Regular Serial Business- o Preparing sales forecast plans for defined customers & ensuring achievement of month wise budgeted plan. o Presenting achievements and failures to management on monthly and quarterly basis. o Pursue overdue and settlement of claims o Recovering prices variation due to market variations, exchange rates and other variables as agreed during final business case. o To increase share of business. o To ensure proper documentation of all prices and written communication to the customers o To carry out quotations and recovery for prototypes/Samples. o Cost settlement for all engineering changes of running businesses • New Project Launches- o To carry out quotations and recovery for prototypes/Samples. o Recovering Tooling payment by customer at agreed milestones o Supporting Project team in escalation process/activity for any subject (internally, customer) and intervenes. o Cost settlement for all engineering changes during Project Stage
