I'm Brand & Marketing Director at Craft, a global recruitment business specialising in building teams for the world’s most ambitious design businesses. With a decade of rich experience in brand consultancies, I have had the privilege of working with renowned clients such as Heineken, Rémy Cointreau, Procter & Gamble, as well as other established heritage brands and startups. My previous roles in client services honed my skills in fostering partnerships, building meaningful relationships, and answering the creative challenges of the world’s biggest brands. In addition to my role at Craft, I am a mentor for 'Kerning the Gap', a program dedicated to addressing gender imbalance in design leadership. I'm keen to engage in new and exciting design- and brand-focused initiatives, as part of my commitment to building up the dynamic landscape of the design industry. My superpower is bringing objective clarity to complexity, balancing passion with professionalism. I hold a degree in design, which fuels creative stuff outside of work. You’ll find me walking my dog along the canal, trying my best to make my own clothing, and creating stained glass artwork.
