I’m eager to keep building partnerships that help schools and districts achieve meaningful outcomes for all learners.
•Piloted and scaled a virtual High Impact Tutoring program, from a 2-site pilot to 28 schools districtwide •Builds and refines operational systems to ensure fidelity to RFPs and outcome-based contracting while coordinating with external vendors for successful delivery •Partners with district leaders and the Research & Evaluation department to align services with academic goals and measure impact through data collection, surveys, and continuous improvement cycles •Designs program management tools (Gantt charts, infographics, resource guides) that streamline implementation, standardized processes, and improved stakeholder communication •Supports site leadership on program implementation, data use, and reporting, while delivering progress updates to stakeholders through reports and presentations •Develops academic enrichment resources and collaborated with external vendors to implement STEAM programming across Expanded Learning initiatives
•Led the development of the school’s Makerspace and STEAM program goals, aligning initiatives with the school’s mission and instructional vision •Implemented a continuous professional growth cycle for teachers and leaders, employing Adaptive Schools strategies to build collaborative capacity •Collaborated with instructional coaches, coordinators, and staff to strengthen core content instruction through STEAM practices and social justice pedagogy •Modeled lessons, co-planned units, and facilitated observations using the Cognitive Coaching model to support effective NGSS and CCSS implementation •Created and analyzed teacher and student surveys to inform instruction and ensure services were responsive to community needs •Designed and coordinated family engagement events (e.g., Shark Tank, STEAM Night) and developed project timelines to showcase student learning and communicate goals to stakeholders
•Served as a lead for the Elect to Work Agreement (EWA) Committee, improving the contract through research, staff surveys, and collaboration with district personnel •Coordinated and presented survey data to administration, teachers, and parents, successfully piloting the district approval process under tight deadlines •Directed the Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) program, managing student identification, parent collaboration, and annual district reporting •Delivered professional development in GATE differentiation strategies to 58 teachers, building staff capacity to support advanced learners •Partnered with the an outside organization to provide nutrition classes for 140+ students and co-led a community produce giveaway, managing logistics between the school and external partners •Served as a UCLA Mentor Teacher, coaching a graduate student through credential requirements, goal-setting, and the development of social justice–centered curriculum
•Co-managed the postsecondary grant budget and supported writing the Annual Federal Performance Report •Partnered with the UCI data team to ensure programming was responsive to community needs and grant requirements •Managed parent workshops and student enrichment opportunities with over 10 vendors across various school sites •Created project management tools to coordinate academies, workshops, field trips, and district presentations across all program sites •Designed and facilitated STEM Academies, developing CCSS-aligned project-based lessons, recruiting BIPOC STEM professionals as authentic audiences, and supervised undergraduates in culturally responsive tutoring •Orchestrated large-scale equity-focused events, including a Women in STEM Conference (400+ students, 13 BIPOC speakers) and Engineering Week with SpaceX & Verizon, coordinating logistics, marketing, and school partnerships •Coached educators and directors in integrating SeeSaw, Google Classroom, and other digital platforms into instruction, building teacher capacity in blended learning
