• I started as an assistant coach at the age of 13/14 and as i’ve got older i have slowly began to have more responsibility where the team is concerned. • I have been the Coach for the Junior Team for 2 years now and I have qualified up to level 2 to help with my coaching. • I still take part in the senior team but I have also been choreographing our routines, organising outings and fundraising events and organising competitions. • The team look up to me as a role model and a great team player/leader. Even though this is a hobby, i take it very seriously and it is a very important part of my life. • In the next year or 2 i am hoping to either have my own team or to have taken this team over.
