In this position our company was manufactured industrial motors, reducer, bearing couplings drive components and conveyors drives. Our customer were other of manufacturing companies that products everything from candy to skyscrapers. Our customer called us and we did everything aspect of customer services accepts for cold call. We had business to business relationships but no up sales. However we make suggestions to improve our customer productivity by recommending reducer drives that reduced speed but increase torque.
I started doing patient care on Pediatrics assisting nursing and doctor in all aspects of caring for sick children from age birth to nineteen years. In 1979 I enrolled in house unit secretary course and after worked as unit secretary from November 1979 until June 1990. This position was informing nurses of orders from doctor directing departments of tests and labs ordered by doctors. Calling settings up appointments after patient to returns to doctors. I admitted and discharged on computers. The unit secretary position was responsible for caring out every doctor orders on every patient on the unit.
