Control of recruitment, training and qualifications to ensure a correct skill mix Ensure All activities were conducted in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with legislative requirements Ensure the business was managed in accordance with group aspirations and standards
Responsible for seeing that vessels were maintained to a high standard, meeting legislative requirements and that personnel received the adequate guidance and training Ensured there was a strict adherence to company H&S policies
