Using my experience in different types of productions, I am now working as a freelance producer and post-production manager. I worked in full-length feature films, shorts and series. As I had various roles in different projects, I know the whole production process from development to distribution. I’ve got substantial experience in international co-productions and low-budgets art house films. My area of expertise includes: - managing multiple production projects for multiple clients - ability to multitask and prioritize, working under pressure - team management - profound knowledge in technical aspects of data management and post-production process - budgeting - design of suitable workflow according to the project’s needs - cooperation with the international team / intercultural communication - preparation of application documents for different types of grants (local and international) - planning and preparation of distribution and promotional activities My practical experience as a filmmaker includes the following positions: producer, associate producer, line producer, executive producer, production manager, post-production supervisor, post-production coordinator, producer’s assistant, production manager’s assistant, PR and distribution coordinator
scope of duties as General Manager: supervision of every film project at each stage of its production process from development to distribution, preparation of application for grants (e.g. Eurimages, Media Creative Europe, Polish Film Institute, regional institutes) and specific documentation for each project, negotiation of contracts, supervision of post-production process, preparation of reports of production costs and distribution, management of rights to completed films, representation of the company at international film festivals, responsibility for cross function communication and collaboration on country and international level.
scope of duties: creation and execution of the section program (short film competition, two retrospectives of acclaimed animators, presentations of graduation films from the best schools of animation, special screenings etc.), inviting guests and jury members, organization of master classes, PR activities and supervision of the team and volunteers’ work before and during the festival
scope of duties: IT support in French and English, in crisis situation restoring normal service operation, minimizing the impact on business operations, ensuring that service quality and availability are maintained, preparation of statistical reports.
scope of duties: planning of films screenings schedule, organization of film shows, planning and coordinating screenings’ promotion, inviting lecturers, moderating meetings with audience after screenings.
