The way we organize and drive developments of products is about to change, fundamentally. We are going to move to small, tight, teams that holistically spans business and product management, using AI agents and other automation to quickly develop and release quality products. This new way is based on existing experience, but not as an evolution, rather a revolution. Agile and fully transparent, fast moving processes are becoming a must to be competitive. My background as a experienced leader with multiple successful buildups of engineering organisations, and driving several agile transformation and process improvement activities is a good match for this new world. I have managed associated cultural issues in multisite and international organisations and joint ventures, encompassing also non-engineering parts. My core technical competency is within software and system development in automotive, appliances and telecommunications domains, extending from this I am always eager to learn and master new areas.
