In this position, Monica managed sales, marketing, and development processes of new developments. As the head of sales and marketing, she managed all initiatives including signage, presentation materials, branding, advertising, and coordination with creative agencies. Furthermore, she organized and launched on-site events and was engaged in preparing statistical reports of market comparables to strategically position new real estate developments. A significant portion of her role involved attending to city planning and development departments where she became skilled in development processes. Her role expanded into working with land use concepts, zonings, and official community plans. In this role, she established a thorough knowledge of development applications, prospecting and progressing new development sites, and managing legal documents in sales of land and house proceedings.
Monica's role at Colliers International allowed her to be actively involved in all aspects of project management, strategic planning, and marketing from the initial stages to the completion of each real estate transaction. She engaged in strategically positioning projects by interacting with clients, developers, and city departments. Monica managed initiatives for projects including contract management, creation of detailed information packages, customized brochures, coordination of signage, professional photography, and any additional marketing requirements tailored to each project. As part of the industrial division, being detail-oriented was the foundation to her team’s quarterly and annual objectives. Monica's role at ParkLane Homes was fundamental to the sales team as the initial impression of the developer and new home projects. She managed legal documents in sales of house proceedings including sales contracts, amendments, strata documents, and disclosure statements. She furthered her real estate knowledge preparing weekly statistical reports of competing real estate developments. Monica's notable sales skills were quickly revealed when she initiated sales calls, qualified prospects, and organized open house tours.
