Support for APAC, North America and Australia regions. • Member of the KION Mobile Automation Project Execution EMEA management team. • Budget and project pipeline reporting. • Main contact for ITS EMEA (Linde MH and STILL) sales and solution design. • Prioritization of tasks and goals within the team. • Provide mentoring and guidance within the team. • Open communication and knowledge share with the team. • General team optimizations and procedures. • Onboarding and training of new team members.
The solution development team conceptualizes and designs the best solution for potential end customers together with the operating units (Linde MH and STILL) sales channels. Focus aspects: offering strategy, technical design and costing. As solution development single point of contact, I acted as the contact point for mobile automation project leads coming from operating units Linde MH and STILL.
