As Category Manager Operations Europe, I am responsible for leading the strategic and operational sourcing of categories across Food & Beverage, Leisure, and Retail domains. My focus lies in maximizing value creation, driving operational excellence, and maintaining supplier partnerships across a diverse, multi-country landscape Leading European tender processes within my portofolio Develop and execute sourcing strategies based upon operational needs and corporate targets Conducting in-depth market analyses, benchmarks, supplier selections across multiple countries Managing relationships with senior stakeholders and teams End-to-end responsibility: RFP, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, performance management Cross-functional engagement with both site-level teams and centralized group procurement
