In 2017, I joined a young tent company specializing in luxury tents for corporate events, weddings, and festivals. During this period, I held a leadership position involving varied and dynamic teamwork. My responsibilities included regular contact and collaboration with wedding and event planners, clients, other vendors, and staff. These daily interactions required strong communication skills and the ability to effectively work with diverse stakeholders.
Since 2019, I have predominantly lived and worked in Colombia, where I am actively involved as an entrepreneur. During this time, I have established a bed & breakfast and a kitesurfing school. Additionally, I organize group trips with a special focus on kitesurfing. A significant aspect of my work involves training local kite instructors, providing official courses to develop their skills. Furthermore, we are committed to empowering the local community, with a particular emphasis on indigenous groups. This includes creating opportunities and supporting sustainable initiatives. My work in Colombia is centered around bringing people together, stimulating local economies, and fostering cultural exchanges.
In a renowned gourmet restaurant, I was responsible for curating the wine selection, designing the wine list, and training the staff. My role involved providing wine recommendations to guests and leading staff training sessions to enhance service quality. This experience deepened my expertise in wine, leadership, and staff development.
To broaden my horizons and fulfill my deep interest in wine, I moved to Australia. At Qualia, located on an island in the Great Barrier Reef, I found the perfect blend of my adventurous spirit and professional goals. During this time, I conducted wine training for the staff at Qualia and other hotels on the island, while immersing myself in the Australian wine culture.
