With experience across 20+ countries, I lead innovation and technology commercialization programs that connect entrepreneurs and startups with opportunity. I've managed 20+ government-funded technology programs, closed $10M+ in on-contract growth and new business, and led internal teams of up to 5. Working domestically and internally, selective clients include Navy, Enterprise Singapore, and Innovation Centre Denmark. My focus: building scalable systems and operational frameworks that drive efficient execution, informed decision-making, and sustainable growth. I have developed 20+ SOPs that became the foundation for company-wide program management, standardized data practices to support business growth, and implemented AI-enabled workflows that save approximately 30 hours of work in program launches. By combining technical program management expertise with people-centered leadership, I build high-performing teams that deliver measurable business impact, accelerate growth, and foster strong employee engagement. Outside the office and a Southern California native, you’ll find me snowboarding in the morning and catching a sunset at the beach.
