• Development of new products and collections (permanent and seasonal offers): involving a close collaboration with Mr Pierre Marcolini, R&D and production • Brand image: through innovative products, packaging’s and appealing merchandising • Launches and implementation of new collections: presentation to the sales force, elaboration of sales tools • Maintain communication & relationships with internal (retail teams) and external partnerships (suppliers)
