It’s all about passion, but also about action. I started my journey as the founder of Meet Roger, an HR tech scale-up that helped companies in more than 25 countries improve internal communication. After a successful exit, I kept building with one clear focus: using content and communication to move people and businesses forward. Today, I combine several roles under one shared mission: helping brands grow through authentic storytelling, human branding and digital strategy, while having brought projects like Header to the level they deserved, and moving on when it was time to build the next. As the founder of cedricvercauteren.com, I work with entrepreneurs, SMEs and larger companies who want to stand out online, not just with content, but with a clear story and a consistent brand. At the same time, I’m building Pleyn, a digital platform that uses technology and gamification to get young people back outside. Back to the streets, back to football, back to real-life connection through a virtual league built on local pitches. A project that is both personal and purpose-driven, rooted in my own background in street football and built to create real impact. For me, marketing has always been about people. Because the strongest brands are human, and the strongest marketing is personal.
