Contract negociation. -Replacement of a team leader during 6 months -Recruitment, training & direct management of various temps & trainee. -Supply base : Europe, and nearshore/offshore development to Romania, India
Export project : Worldwide marketing survey on Field representative prospects needs, and promotion of Aeroconseil in London.
Export project : Market research from France, then local prospection in Moscow and St Petersburg to approach sales representatives and customers.
