Ensure this in the timeliest and cost efficient manner by following the statutory legislation and regulations as well as PM standards. Monitor the stock levels based on an analysis in which the agreed product safety stock levels, tax stamps cash flow, in market dates of launches and production frequencies are maintained and out of stocks are avoided. Inform and update the Western European Supply Chain Cluster; a weekly Benelux Exceptional Analysis, a monthly market feedback and the upcoming projects. Responsibility: - Challenge and analyze on a bi-weekly to weekly basis the provided Sales Forecast. Update the Scipio Sales Forecast by using Duet. Ensure the planned in market dates of new projects, avoid obsoletes and OOS and react as soon as possible when a sudden volume change is detected. - Estimate based on the monthly forecast, the market stocks, the taxstamps availability and factory production constraints and relevant marketing and sales activities the cigarette and fine cut need for the different markets. Negotiate on a monthly and on a specific need to basis the production volumes with WESCC. - Co-ordinate the logistic inbound flow for the Marketing and Sales activities. Organize with external suppliers the set up and transport of the different added value offers for the Dutch and Luxembourg markets.
