Represent JCB at official meetings, government forums, and public-private partnership initiatives. Provide regular reporting on public sector pipelines, project status, and budget utilization.
Lead strategic business development initiatives across multiple regions—including the Middle East, North & West Africa, Turkey, and the CIS—to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion. Identify, negotiate, and establish new dealer partnerships and distribution channels aligned with local market trends and customer needs. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and product positioning. Collaborate with regional directors and cross-functional teams to develop tailored commercial proposals and pricing strategies.
