The projects I'm working for are chemical decontamination projects and conception project. As project manager, I'm in charge of the budget, the planning and the organisation. The follow up of the suppliers, the redaction of the new procedures, the interaction with the other departments and the communication with the client are also part of my scope.
I did the follow-up of several projects. This included the collection of information, the writing of procedures, the maintenance of the equipment, the follow-up on the field and the collection of experience returns. I worked on decontamination projects, chemical decontamination projects, nuclear waste conditioning and inventory projects.
