The main purpose of this role was to manage a team that ensured payroll processing, continuous improvement, implementation of the global payroll provider and centralization of the processes across EMEA. Key responsibilities include: - Leading a team of Payroll Specialists – 20 European countries (CEE, Southern Europe, Nordics, Russia & India) - Coordination of payroll in the accurate and timely manner - 1000+ Employees – in line with KPI’s - Managing the local payroll providers in line with SLA’s and KPI’s - Implementation of global payroll provider (compatible with Workday) during the HR model change to Shared Service Center - Shares program management - Support of global mobility - Reporting to stakeholders the KPI’s and achievements - Additional projects – Implementation of ADP GlobalView in Spain, Invoicing process, Communications /Process /Expat Workstreams
