- Head a worldwide team of BDRs located in San Mateo, CA, Austin, TX, Cork, Ireland, and Sydney, Australia - Responsible for metrics and quotas that drive optimal BDR performance - Develop effective, repeatable onboarding, training, and skills improvement programs - Partner with the Demand Generation team to optimize campaign performance utilizing analytics in Salesforce, Outreach, and Power BI - Ensure that the BDR team has the proper technology tools to be successful, effectively utilizing Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, RingCentral, Highspot, and SnapEngage
My primary role is to develop and manage the execution of demand generation and market research programs for technology clients within BAO's Research business unit. BAO's Research business unit offers three primary services: Opportunity Identification, Lead Qualification, and Advanced Demand Generation. Opportunity Identification (OppID™) Each OppID™ engagement is tailored to meet our clients' needs. We work with our clients to create a list of target accounts and develop a custom survey that properly evaluates these accounts' propensity to buy our clients' offerings. Our team of market research specialists then conduct live interviews with key influencers and decision makers within those accounts. Clients are provided with an in-depth, real-time, segmented market analysis that allows their marketing and sales teams to properly action their market. Lead Qualification Like our OppID™ service, we work with our clients to develop a survey that properly evaluates prospects' propensity to buy our clients' offerings. Our team of market research specialists then follow up on our clients' inbound leads on their behalf to conduct live interviews, adding a live touch that cannot be replicated through any digital lead scoring methodology. Leads are then prioritized into actionable segments in order to direct our clients' sales and marketing efforts toward the leads that are most likely to purchase their offerings. Over the course of the engagement, we will also analyze the quality of leads our clients receive from their lead source vendors and marketing programs, advising them on the lead sources that are performing the best and worst. This ensures our clients' marketing spend is directed toward programs that are actually creating quality leads for their sales teams. Advanced Demand Generation By combining our OppID™ and Appointment Setting services, BAO sets appointments on behalf of our clients into the most qualified accounts identified through the OppID™ effort.
