Everyone "does AI." Almost no one, at the top, can still judge what the machine answers back. That's where I come in. As a sparring partner to executive committees, boards and founders, I don't work on the tool, I work on the decision. What AI truly changes for a leader isn't the technology; it's the way they judge, weigh trade-offs and decide when a machine produces answers faster than anyone can assess them. In practice, I put executives face to face with AI under real conditions: not a keynote, not a prompt demo, but a deliberate friction that surfaces the blind spots no slide deck reveals. I build a shared language at leadership level, then turn those realizations into concrete decisions : pilot use cases, an operational roadmap, 90-day metrics. The move always runs from clarity to action. My signature method, AQM (Asymmetric Questioning Model), turns LLMs into an asymmetric analysis engine: making AI ask the questions no one thinks to ask, to surface what no report exposes, without ever delegating to the machine what a leader must still be able to judge for themselves. This stance rests on a career as an author and educator. Six books with Dunod, three as co-author with Eyrolles, and articles in Harvard Business Review France and the Huffington Post. Former lecturer at HEC (Grande École, the Google@HEC chair and Executive Education), at ISG, CELSA and the ESCP MBA. And on 25 years of advising global groups and complex organizations: Coca-Cola, AXA, BNP, Oracle, Daimler, EDF, ENGIE, Sanofi, LinkedIn, Amazon, KPMG, Lazard, among others. With documented results: for a SaaS, over 1,000 customers in 6 months; in education, cost per lead cut ninefold; in precision technology manufacturing, 50+ qualified leads in 3 weeks. Finally, I help leaders with their own readability: Riversift, my LinkedIn repositioning method to become visible to executive search firms and decision-makers, without chasing it. Most AI programs for executives hand over tools. Mine drives decisions. I work as a sparring partner to executive committees, boards and founders on what AI actually changes at the top: not the tools, but the way leaders judge, weigh trade-offs and decide when a machine produces answers faster than anyone can assess them. In practice, I put executives face to face with AI under real conditions, not a keynote, not a prompt demo, but a deliberate friction that surfaces the blind spots no slide deck reveals. I build a shared language and a common reading at leadership level, then turn those realizations into concrete decisions: pilot use cases, an operational roadmap, 90-day metrics. The move always runs from clarity to action, from cautious curiosity to genuine strategic command. I work with groups of executives and one-on-one with individual leaders, notably within the Café Mode & Luxe community (around a hundred luxury and fashion executives each year).

Recognized expert within the APM network (Association for Management Progress), I lead a full-day session for SME and mid-cap company executives. Focus: strategic clarity and decision-making discernment in the age of generative AI. This is not an AI training, it is a cognitive experience. Participants confront their own biases, delegation reflexes, and loss of strategic framing. Using real business cases, they learn to clarify decisions through my ICCE method (Input / Clarification / Constraints / Extraction). An approach rooted in method, tension, and long-term impact.
Invited by the Career Services team at École Polytechnique after a year of discussions to design and deliver sessions on optimizing LinkedIn profiles in the age of generative AI. Objective: help students and recent alumni craft aligned, distinctive, and actionable professional narratives. Focus on the convergence of strategic positioning, cognitive levers, and visibility architecture. Session renewed for future cohorts.
Regular contributor to HBR surveys and research panels on organizational transformation, AI impact, leadership, and strategic decision-making. (Voluntary role with no operational mandate; selected for perspective diversity and expertise.)
