Experienced Procurement-Sourcing Manager with excellent skills in working with the cost drivers in the supply chain. Ability to lead business with a holistic view, always acting with the customer, supplier, and total cost development in mind.
- Identify and execute against strategy initiatives to build upon category advisor expertise - Manage a team of Junior sourcing professionals including category experts and analysts for the day-to-day coaching, training, and ongoing development - Define and implement global sourcing and outsourcing strategies that consolidate and optimize both the supplier base and services, while securing the lowest Total Cost of Ownership and access to the highest levels of service and quality - Leadership role in key procurement activities, including RFx development and execution, contract drafting, pricing and contract negotiation - Coaching leadership qualities into subordinates and direct reports, building the future leaders of the organization - Participating in firm building activities, including recruitment, client visits and wider delivery center improvement activities - Partner closely with stakeholder teams to understand critical business needs, trends and strategies
- Build the purchase strategy and seek for competitiveness though sourcing activities (supplier matrix optimization, action plans to deliver costs improvements) - Business relationships: set a routine and manage KPI’s with suppliers which will define the supplier classification (from critical supplier to Prioritized supplier) - Monitor the suppliers with fulfilling the requirements (social, quality, sustainability, cost reduction, logistics performance) - Contract negotiation reviewed once a year + price negotiation 4x per year - Identify new potential supplier, develop and sustain long term relations with the suppliers (Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden, Italy). - Lead the micro-team (production engineer, Supply planner) and drive the business agenda to reach the goals in quality and logistics. - BCP (business contingency plan): drafting the plan in order to secure continuous supply (back-ups capacity, matrix change...)
