Management of a pay-TV company operating in the satellite, smart TV and OTT markets for both B2C and B2B. - Business Unit of over 200 people. - Responsibilities: P&L, distribution, marketing and content production. - Eight homemade Canal+ channels (sports rights acquisition, series/movies and kids' programmes), and distribution of third-party channels. - Production and distribution of original series. - Digital strategy (OTT, AVOD, SVOD) and partnerships (Telco partnerships, mobile payments, etc.). - Management and financing of minority shareholders
Management of a Pay-TV satellite company: - In charge of the Business Unit and the P&L - 100 people - Marketing and distribution strategy - Relationship with local authorities and minority shareholders.
