Most recently I managed the pre-construction pipeline at Greenfield Homes Group, a volume residential builder with a portfolio of 104 jobs across ten regional Victorian growth areas. During my tenure, 16 building permits were issued in nine weeks, matching the total recorded across the company's prior records, and the median interval from land titling to building permit fell by 43%. My background combines architectural practice (from boutique multi-unit residential through to a $600M mixed-use precinct), client-side development coordination across a private residential portfolio, and three years in residential finance as a mortgage broker.
