Responsible for the Italian part of setting up a corporate branch in the UK in the telecommunication sector in a co-production between the Italian and Norwegian branches; development of UK market for the Italian branch. Development of intercompany processes for recruitment and service implementation; end-to-end project execution from project initiation to project completion. Key achievements: development of a new market for the Italian branch, generating €2.5m in revenue.
