Balance sheet and P&L reconicilations, Management Analysis and reporting Monthly and fiscal closing both locally and to Group, Budgets forecast and presenttions. Audits Internal External, Tax and VAT and responsibility for the local accounting teams whilst additonall holding reporting responsibilities for 3 other central Eurtopean Market (Italy, Hungary and Austria)
Responsibilities for Trade Debtors, Trade Creditors, Cash Forecasting and Payment management operational, and administration P&L accounts, Tax and VAT filing and settlement, Internal control and quality systems whilst continuing project managemet of related initiatives across all areas of the business
Working within the finance team and using the various finacial databeses I was responsible for identifying potential risk area within the business and working inconjunction with all departments. Responsible for implementing controls and processes to mitigate risks, additionally responsible for providing bespoke reporting templates within finance itself I was involved in implementing improvements in treasury managemengt, debtors accounts, assisting in M&A due diligence whilst designing and managing the implementation and management of an Internal control system across the business
