Management of monitoring systems (Nagios and SolarWinds) and support for over 300 sites, 1200+ servers, in 3 continents, running VM Ware, and Hyper-V clusters, using Windows and various Linux OS’s. Troubleshooting, RMA’s and replacement of hardware including Dell chassis and blade servers, Dell Compellant Storage arrays, Nimble Storage, various Cisco routers and switches, etc. Manage and troubleshooting of International CommVault Backup network with a mixture of spindle storage and tape media. Conduct annual hardware audits with vendors for all user and infrastructure hardware and designed plans for implementation of new hardware. Work with auditors and all departments to complete semi-annual SOX and PCI audits Troubleshooting and Engineering skills for Microsoft Server 2003-2016, including Multi Domain Active Directories with 4000+ users, Group Policy, IIS, Exchange 2003-2013, Certificate Server, PKI, WSUS, KMS, DNS, DHCP etc. Create and manage project for windows 10 upgrade on over 2600 PC’s Package and deploy software, and maintain inventory and licensing on over 4000+ end user machines. Daily management of ticket flow using ITIL Service Desk software with emphasis on customer service. Work with Management across all levels of business to provide and efficiently improve end user computing hardware and software support.
