With over 23 years of work experience in the cloud and enterprise domain, I am a passionate leader, strategist, and architect who thrives on solving complex business problems with innovative and scalable solutions. My mission is to enable customers, partners, and teams to achieve more with Microsoft Azure, the leading cloud platform in the world. I have a strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, application development, data platforms, analytics, and AI, as well as hybrid cloud and server platforms. I am currently leading the Microsoft Azure Core, Customer Success Unit, Southeast Europe, where I oversee the delivery of high-quality technical services and support to our customers and partners. In my previous role as the Solution Sales Director for Microsoft Azure, Hybrid Cloud, and Server Platforms, I was responsible for driving Azure adoption and expansion in the major and strategic accounts, building partner capacity, executing sales motions, leading multi-domain scrums, and developing national hybrid cloud strategy. I led a group of highly talented cloud solution sales professionals who had expertise in various cloud domains and specialized solutions, such as SAP on Azure. I leveraged my analytical and agile skills to identify customer needs, design optimal solutions, and manage complex projects. I also contributed to the National AI Plan, the digital native acquisition and growth strategy, and the internal and external enablement programs.
