In his career, he has founded many centres and lines such as Customer Operations Centre, Governance and Regulatory Compliance Line, Demand Management Line, Technology Operation Centre, Service Operation Centre, Sales & Channel Management. He managed several projects and programs such as “Convergence to Customer - Off Loading”, “Decreasing Regulation Charges”, “Integration and Automation of Leasing and Payment Process between Finance and Technology Groups”, “Survival Investment for Technology”, etc. He believes in that company profit and flexibility on management are increased by proper “manage service” appliances. He has leaded major manage service projects: - Establishment of regional management organisation and building up RSP mechanism, - Handover of base stations’ electronic maintenance, - Taking out planning and optimisation works to service providers Joined many sectorial symposiums as a speaker and participated as a company representative in many committee works held by ITCA (BTK) and Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM).
