Machine Parts in accordance to prints Assemble And Machine Complex Assemblies Through interpretation of Assemble Drawings
Manage flow of packaging and raw materials from quarantine through release; Perform conformance testing on all packaging materials; Collect and test water samples for residual surfactants; Record, review and analyze quality data on a daily basis; Audit adherence to/review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's); Generate standard planned or unplanned deviations and non-conformance reports; Swabbing machines for product residual to assist in the cleaning validation processes; Sample raw material, in-process and finished goods for analytical and microbial testing; and Perform pre and post line clearance for machines prior to starting and stopping a batch.
