Reflecting on an important milestone in my career. Stepping outside your comfort zone is always challenging, but it is often where the greatest opportunities for growth begin. In September 2024, I had the privilege of taking on the role of Area Manager, Dermatology at Pharmaserve-Lilly. This role has been an exciting journey of leadership, collaboration, and continuous development. It is also particularly meaningful to me, as it brings me closer to immunology, a field that has been a passion of mine for many years and one that I have had the privilege to study extensively throughout my academic journey. I am grateful for the trust placed in me and for the opportunity to work alongside talented colleagues whose expertise, support, and commitment inspire me every day.
