Spend summers working in the bush of B.C commercially foraging morel, chanterelle, pine, bolete, and lobster mushrooms along with wild berries. As such my online presence is sporadic and short between May and November. Previously I have apprenticed in carpentry, spent some time swamping, couple seasonal driving gigs, started landscaping with Men in Kilts before endeavouring to become the sole proprietor of a successful landscaping and property maintenance company, Yards4You, in Calgary. For the last few years have been and am currently studying computer sciences as well as working on some related side projects.
Frame houses, crib concrete foundations, drywall + mud and tape, paint, read and draft construction site drafts/blueprints, plan and install landscape features, maintain flawless lawns and ice-free walkways for residential and commercial properties, provide quotes on scope and cost of materials and logistics for jobs, finalize and stick to budgets, reshingle roofs, install sheeting and vinyl siding, drive delivery trucks such as two axle flat decks and 5ton trucks with trailers in excess of 20ft, pack and pad household items for residence relocation, load transport and unload household items and furniture, inventory and manage warehouse stocks, but best of all is foraging.
