Assuming the role of SCRUM Product Owner for the global CRM implementation using Salesforce. Creating and implementing processes and tools for the sales organization to improve their efficiency (e.g. sales funnel).
Define and implement reports using Power BI for operations and commercial stakeholders. Being singe point of contact for digitalization topics when it comes to process improvement. Sharing best practices in the entire organization.
• As part of the production management team I was involved in daily production control and problem solving. My main responsibilities: • All lean projects in the vial production department as Junior Lean Manager. • New production line installation projects from the acceptance on the supplier's site to the approval for production at the final location. Defining material flow, fitting it in the current processes, coordination all installation works. • Acting as internal coach for the new shop floor management system implemented by external consultants for all levels of management for the entire factory
I have participated in the International Graduate Program. As a start I was rotating between all departments of the factory with a focus on production to learn all processes and their interaction. Then I have spent my international assignment in Brazil for 3 months where I led a project to improve the IPC camera control system by improving the quality of the setup process. After going back I was more and more involved in daily production and different lean projects.
