I graduated as a Master of Information student concentrating on User Experience Design from the University of Toronto. Coming from a Digital Enterprise Management and Communications background, I strive to provide meaningful, impactful, and clear user-centred design solutions that solve users' needs and facilitate business growth. I possess a curiosity to empathize with users and have a passion for improving people’s lives. Last but not least, I am capable of proactively detecting difficulties and presenting solutions in a timely way with my experience working in a fast-paced workplace.
• Provide end-to-end design solutions and consulting service to Big 5 Canadian bank client. (Project: Gateway, Homebuying Transformation) • Ranked #1 in the J.D. Power 2024 Canada Wealth Management Digital Experience Study. (https://www.jdpower.com/business/press-releases/2024-canada-wealth-management-digital-experience-study?hss_channel=lcp-164530) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PO, Dev, UXR to optimize and implement design solutions in an agile project setting. • Deliver hi-fi prototypes and conduct UX strategy using methods including but not limited to journey maps, user flow map, competitive analysis and client feedback reports.
• Revamped the interface of the internal database management system, which supports over 1000 users. • Collaborated with stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness that the research has on its users and business goals. • Created user experience surveys with over 400 participants and utilized analytical methods to optimize the platform’s interface, functions and services. • Facilitated internal workshops for the purpose of teaching user research methods and design-thinking methodology.
• Responsible for UI graphic design and video editing to develop a technology-assisted psychotherapy treatment program. • Created graphic and editorial designs for online videos to help seniors with chronic health problems.
• Conducted remote interviews and competitive analysis to discover user pain points. • Collaborated with UX designers to develop a design system and to create UX solutions based on research results. • Developed user flow using Miro and created prototypes through Figma in accordance with research insights.
