During my time interning for the company, I helped to develop and design informative posters that showcased BHS's diverse job opportunities in logistics and engineering, expanding brand awareness in both the US and Malaysian markets. BHS collaborated with a third-party marketing agency, Kiterocket, in Phoenix, Arizona, to conceptualise and plan innovative giveaways for Semicon West Conference’23 in San Francisco, enhancing the company's visibility and appeal. Additionally, I helped to streamline the candidate application process with a user-friendly form, ensuring efficient data collection.
