Responsible for requirements gathering, ideating solutions, creating wireframes and prototyping digital interfaces that align with user needs and behaviors. Handled the visual aspects of the digital outputs, employing the design system and layout design to create user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall experience.
Handled the mobile redesign for a SaaS PropTech platform helping landlords and letting agents order property certificates, automate the renewal process and connecting them with service providers. Served as a UX/UI lead for design thinking, requirements gathering, generating high fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
• Co-founded a creative agency offering creative services for businesses: web design and development, social media management and digital marketing. Worked with creatives to oversee output quality and manage timelines. • Oversaw a portfolio of clients, operated as the lead point of contact for clients and creatives, prepared and sent regular reports and updates; grew the company client base and customer retention.
• Web: Directed the design direction and established corporate and e-commerce WordPress websites from conceptualization to hand-off for clients. Responsible for regularly updating website content, updating core files and plugins, generating site and database backup, and managing digital assets. • Design: Created content and assets for clients' digital platforms: designed images and elements for websites, social media, apps and other communication materials. Initiated a digital transformation within client’s company and workforce.
• Served as the direct point of contact for client acquisition and client relationship. Ensured all paperwork is filled out and properly filed, ensured all policy requirements are fulfilled in order to put policies in place. Qualified to be a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), a global group of leading financial advisors worldwide for the years 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016. • Advised solutions for clients in insurance coverage, investment planning and other areas to help them reach financial objectives. Provided service to clients’ insurance needs by presenting and selling life insurance. Recipient of the IQA (International Quality Award) for the years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 for excellent production and outstanding persistency of life insurance business.
