Day to day, that means managing public-private R&D partnerships with global consumer goods companies across the full deal lifecycle: structuring research partnerships, licensing, securing multi-million dollar grants, and connecting industry innovation needs with capabilities across research institutes, government agencies, and ecosystem partners in Singapore. Before this, I spent four years on the industry side at FMCG companies across local and regional teams, launching and managing products across beauty, personal care, and wellness.
