As a Psychology & Criminology graduate, Crystal is passionate about child and youth development, mental health, and understanding human behaviour, she is particularly interested in creating safe, supportive environments where children and young people can learn, grow and thrive. Working in a dental clinic has given me skills like Customer Service skills, Dental Assisting skills and a headstart to working with medicines. Other duties that I did was dispensing of medicines, medication counselling, inventory stock taking, sterilisation of equipments, handling patients at the counter, patient care and collection of payments. I also further developed my interpersonal skills like communication skills, empathy and teamwork.
